Acta de la primera reunión del Grupo de Trabajo (GT) :  « Una prevención de la corrupción que compromete a la sociedad civil  »

(Nota de Hugo Castelli Eyre, EN-RE : Como ciudadano español, les adjunto al acta la traducción del informe de la comisión GRECO del Consejo de Europa del 3 de enero de 2018 cuyo titulo en español es « Prevención de de la corrupción respecto de parlamentarios, jueces y fiscales » que he recibido del  Consejo General del Poder Judicial.

Aprovecho para informar a mis colegas en el GT y al público en general que pueden conocer la situación de las evaluaciones de GRECO para todos los Estados miembros del Consejo de Europa.

Soy representante de Redes Cristianas, grupo miembro de la ONGI Red Europea Iglesia por la Libertad EN-RE, en la Plataforma por la Justicia Fiscal, mencionada en este acta).

Y como miembro del grupo de trabajo Perspectivas de Género en los Procesos Políticos y Democráticos, reclamo la inclusión de los temas de derechos humanos que afectan a las mujeres y la infancia en el alcance de este GT.

Minutes of the first meeting of the Working Group (WG): "Preventing Corruption by Engaging Civil Society"

(Note by Hugo Castelli Eyre, EN-RE : As a Spanish citizen, I add to the minutes, the GRECO Report on Spain of 3rd January, entitled : «Limited progress in measures to tackle in respect of MPs, judges and prosecutors». I have received the Spanish translation from the Spanish General Council of the Judiciary System (Consejo General del Poder Judicial)

I take this opportunity to inform my colleagues in the WG and the public at large that you can find the situation of the GRECO evaluations for all the member States of the Council of Europe.

I am the representative of Redes Cristianas, a Spanish member group of the INGO European Network Church on the Move EN-RE in the Plataforma por la Justicia Fiscal, mentioned below in the minutes).

And as a member of the WG Gender Perspectives in political and democratic processes, I insist on the inclusion of the Human Rights of Women and Children in the scope of this WG.

Compte rendu de la première réunion du Groupe de travail (GT) : « Une prévention de la corruption qui engage la société civile »

(Note d'Hugo Castelli Eyre, EN-RE : Comme citoyen espagnol, j’ajoute au CR le rapport de GRECO sur l’Espagne du 3 janvier 2018 : « Progrès limités dans la lutte contre la corruption des parlementaires, des juges et des procureurs ». J’ai reçu traduction en espagnol de ce rapport du conseil général du système judiciaire espagnol (Consejo General del Poder Judicial).

Je profite pour vous informer aux collègues du GT et au public en général qu'on peut trouver la situation des évaluations de GRECO pour tous les pays membres du Conseil de l'Europe.

En Redes Cristianas, grupo miembro de EN-RE ha habido, a lo largo de los últimos meses, una creciente divergencia de pareceres acerca de la independencia de Cataluña entre los grupos miembros en Cataluña y en el resto de España así que pregunté a Christoph SPRENG, Vicepresidente de la Conferencia de ONGIs, para ver si habría una versión en castellano de la Caja de herramientas para el díalogo intercultural. Christoph me contestó diciendo que estas cajas de herramientas requieren bastante trabajo preliminar antes de poder construir una unidad específica pero me envió la Guide pratique pour la conduite de dialogues interculturels, Introduction et survol des chapîtres.

25th January: The newly elected officials of the INGO Conference:

Anne Nègre presented a motion to change the French term Droits de l’Homme (Rights of Man-kind) coined in the French Revolution to Droits Humains (Human Rights) since women in French speaking countries have always seen Droits de l’Homme as a barrier to womens’ rights.

The motion was carried with a large majority.
